Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and using Context Dock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Context Dock on up to 2 Mac computers. This is a lifetime license with a one-time payment of $9.99.

License Restrictions

You may not:

• Distribute, sell, or rent Context Dock
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices
• Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your license key with others or use it on more devices than permitted

Updates

Your license includes all minor updates (bug fixes, improvements) at no additional cost. Major version updates may be offered at a discounted upgrade price.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Context Dock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Context Dock.

We provide email support at support@contextdock.app. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Context Dock after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
